Carols at the Bay is a free event for the community, with sponsorship covering all costs.
It is a local celebration of Christmas, including performances from local performing arts students, schools and community groups along with professional entertainment. Performances are conducted on the Fly Point Park Stage while the public sit on the surrounding grassed areas to be entertained and sing along.
The event attracts a crowd of around 2500-3000 from the Nelson Bay Area.
